Terms and Conditions – Airline International Cargo Packers and Movers

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms,” “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the services provided by Airline International Cargo Packers and Movers (“AICPM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

AICPM offers international cargo packing and moving services, including but not limited to packing, loading, transportation, customs clearance, and delivery of goods.

2. Service Agreement

2.1. You, the customer, agree to provide accurate information regarding the items to be moved, including their value, weight, and dimensions.

2.2. AICPM will provide an estimate of the service cost based on the provided information. The final cost may vary depending on the actual circumstances and additional services required.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment is due as per the agreed-upon terms and may include a deposit before services commence.

3.2. Invoices are payable in the currency specified in the invoice and must be paid in full to AICPM.

3.3. Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed or withheld services, and AICPM reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

4.1. To cancel or reschedule services, you must notify AICPM in writing at least [X] days prior to the scheduled service date. Cancellation fees may apply.

5. Packing and Loading

5.1. AICPM will pack and load your items with care and professionalism. However, AICPM is not liable for damage to items that were improperly packed by the customer or for items of exceptional fragility or value.

6. Transportation and Delivery

6.1. AICPM will transport your goods using appropriate means. Delivery times are approximate and subject to various factors, including weather, customs clearance, and transportation delays.

6.2. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the goods at the destination.

6.3. Upon delivery, you must inspect the goods for any visible damage and note it on the delivery receipt. Claims for damage must be reported to AICPM within [X] days of delivery.

7. Customs Clearance

7.1. AICPM will assist with customs clearance but is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or denied entry due to customs regulations.

8. Insurance

8.1. AICPM offers insurance for your cargo. It is your responsibility to choose the appropriate coverage and ensure that your goods are adequately insured.

9. Liability

9.1. AICPM’s liability for damage or loss of your goods is limited to the terms of our insurance policy or the declared value of your goods, whichever is less.

10. Force Majeure

10.1. AICPM is not liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, and government actions.

11. Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
